FloraJane is Festival Director for the Biennial of the Americas, she is responsible for curating and implementing the bi-annual festival of ideas, arts and culture. Prior to joining Biennial of the Americas, FloraJane worked at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, where she led the organization through the development of a community engagement program to increase public value and more deeply engage the Denver Metro Area. In addition, she oversaw the Audience Development team including group sales, student matinees, corporate sales and strategic partnerships.

Previously FloraJane held leadership roles at Whole Foods Market and The Wildlife Experience where she was responsible for fundraising, community giving, strategic events, marketing and sales. FloraJane graduated with a BA in Art History and Communications from the University of California Santa Barbara. She currently serves on the Denver Commission on Cultural Affairs and the Board of Directors for Levitt Pavilion.


FloraJane lives in Denver with her husband James and kids Beatrice and Sullivan, they spend their weekends exploring Colorado and attending arts and culture events.
