Susan has been active in the Biennial of the Americas since its inception and has served as a board member since 2011.   She is also a Trustee at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. Her other community interests and involvement include:  The Denver Art Museum, The Aspen Institute, Judi’s House, Women’s Foundation of Colorado, and an attendee at the World Economic Forum.   Susan had a twenty-year career at IBM in sales and management primarily in the Financial Services Sector, both domestically and internationally.  From there she led the sales and information technology for a small manufacturing firm and then joined a boutique, retained executive search firm focusing in the Engineering and Construction industries.   Susan has a BS degree in Management from Purdue University, a MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Program. Susan and her husband, Lee, have three children.  Lee recently retired as Chairman and CEO of CH2M, and is currently the CEO of Terrapower.   Susan enjoys golfing, hiking, cycling, and adventure travel.
